About the Founder

Lejla is an an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) based in Melbourne’s South East Casey and Frankston area, with a Master’s in Dietetics, a Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition, and a background in Fitness.

Becoming a dietitian has been a lifelong dream, and now that I’m here, I can confidently say—I absolutely love what I do (maybe even a little obsessed with it!).

My journey into nutrition started in my early 20s as a personal trainer, where I quickly realised that exercise alone isn’t enough—nutrition is the key to unlocking real performance and results. After working as a PT for several years and exploring other career paths, my passion for nutrition was reignited when I competed in bodybuilding (bikini and sport model categories). This experience led me to study Food and Nutrition, and I knew right away that I wanted to take it further—straight into my Master’s in Dietetics.

With my combined fitness and nutrition background, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from amateur athletes to the general population and clinical patients.

I love connecting with people and believe nutrition shouldn’t feel restrictive or anxiety-inducing. My goal is to make food simple, enjoyable, and burden-free, helping you fuel your body in a way that works for your life.

Beyond Nutrition

As a mum of three, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, and everything in between—especially when it comes to meal planning and preparation. I understand that time is limited, energy is precious, and food needs to be practical, realistic, and enjoyable. That’s why I take a real-world approach to nutrition, helping you create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle—without the stress.

Outside of work, you’ll find me training, reading, being creative, and spending quality time with my family. I’m always on the hunt for new and exciting foods, so trying new restaurants (or returning to old favourites) is a big part of my life.

I can’t wait to support you on your nutrition journey—whether it’s for performance, health, or just feeling your best!

Looking forward to hearing from you!
